Floor Plans & Elevation Drawings
Floor plans & elevations are the foundation of your design. We work with you to develop detailed floor plans and elevations of your space. We address "flow" or circulation throughout your home, connectivity of spaces or how each space "speaks" and interacts with one another, storage or the ways to make your home more functional to fit a wide array of needs, and aesthetics - how your space looks and feels. We use 3-D renderings to help you visualize your space - bring it to life for you. This is a critical tool to assist you visualizing your 2-D plans. These renderings will help you to see volume, scale, color, texture, and material choices.
Construction Drawings and Permit Processing
These are the all important City or County plan submittals for your permit. These include all of the plan details necessary to obtain your permit and build your home, including foundation and framing plans, structural details, Title 24 calculations, door and window schedules and many other important construction details. We work with a talented group of engineers and consultants to create a thorough set of plans for building your project.

The material selection process begins during the design phase and continues throughout the entire construction process.
